What we process.

We only process information that is needed to answer your request, operate the configurator, provide support, and maintain security.

If you contact us, submit a form, create an account, or send an order request, we may process the information you intentionally provide, such as your name, email, company, message, configuration details, and technical service data needed to run the platform.

What we do not do.

• We do not sell personal data.
• We do not build advertising profiles from your visitors.
• We do not take fees from customer orders submitted through your configurator.

Advertising.

We may promote Lunfio through Google, Instagram, and Reddit ads. Those platforms may use their own systems to show or report on ads before you reach Lunfio.

On Lunfio itself, we use Google Ads conversion measurement on public marketing pages to understand whether a visit led to a setup request or thank-you page view.

For visitors in the European Economic Area, Google ad-related storage is denied by default until consent is granted. If consent is granted, Google may use measurement-related identifiers or cookies to measure ad conversions. If consent is not granted, Google consent mode keeps ad storage denied.

Service data.

For customers using Lunfio, we may store account settings, configurator settings, branding, selected materials, pricing presets, order request details, and payment/subscription status so the service can work correctly.
